Colour Policy
For your safety, we require that a skin sensitivity test be conducted at least 48 hours prior to any colour service. While we understand that many of our clients have been colouring their hair for years, recent increases in allergic reactions and sensitivities to hair colour—some of which have been quite severe—have prompted us to implement this precautionary policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize your well-being during every colour service. If you have any questions or concerns, our stylists are more than happy to sit down with you and fully explain why we believe this approach is the safest and most responsible way to use
hair colour. For your peace of mind, we offer the latest colour options, including PPD and ammonia-free hair colour, as well as scalp protection products, all designed with your safety and comfort in mind.
CANCELLATION POLICY
•We understand life can be unpredictable and will always be understanding and do our best to rearrange for you
•We see your appointment as a verbal agreement between us and that time is reserved especially for you, for the time it takes to complete the services you have requested.
•All our stylists are self-employed which means they lose out on their business as-well as the salon.
•We are now at taking 50% deposits on all services
•It is fully refundable provided we receive at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment, if not you will lose your deposit.
